Now that I have a Terabyte of LiDAR data, what do I do?

Milwaukee County now has multiple years of LiDAR data and is currently using this data to assist in the quality control of its planimetric update project. They also use this to create derived raster products including slope, intensity, and digital surfaces.  Vegetative coverage has been produced to capture tree canopy and estimated tree growth.  Subtraction of the surfaces have shown where land is falling from the bluffs and into Lake Michigan as well as how local streams can erode and change shape over time.  Milwaukee County utilizes ArcGIS desktop with 3D analyst along with the esri extension to LP360 to produce these products.
